With default replacements you can only have one of each. You can't have 2 replacements for for skin tone #1. You have to delete any other ones you have. Other than that they're same as any other download, they just go in your 'Downloads' folder. However, I really think that you should put them in a sub folder dedicated to default replacements only, because if you want to change it, you have to find the file. Does that make sense?

Remember that this applies to all types of replacements. Now those ones look cool but if you want to look at other ones.
