Welcome to my ♥♥♥♥ed world, been trying to figure this out for, 5 hours now. Im on windows 7, and from what i can tell, there is no fix. Ive tried every suggestion from every thread google could churn up in the passed 2 years. I too can sign into the marketplace through the client, but when i lauch the game, it just doesnt know GFWL even exists, hence why its telling us we are going into offline mode. Something as simple a re-install might even do it.

But for me, ive installed/re-installed the game 6 times now, in combination with installin/re-installing GFWL itself in various different orders, all to no avail. So, sorry, you might be ♥♥♥♥ed as i am, it may be time to pirate this thing and use an Offline crack to be able to play this game.
